Confirmation of your registration
Once you have made your travel reservations, youll receive an e-Document from Trade Winds Travel. This trip invoice is sent by email to confirm your booking, detailing your flight schedule*, hotel accommodations, along with deposit payment received and due date of final payment.
It is important that you carefully review your invoice confirmation and itinerary for accuracy.
Confirm travel dates, departure airport and hotel(s).
* * Confirm the spelling of each passenger name on your attached documents is exactly as it appears on the corresponding passport and/or valid government photo I.D. This is the name that will be printed on the airline ticket.*
* * Please review and update all information on the Personal Information Form (PIF) included with your invoice confirmation. Please return this form immediately. Final documents may not be processed until we receive this information.*
If you have any screening filters on your email inbox, the confirmation email may be routed to your Junk and/or Spam Email Box. We suggest adding email@example.com to your list of approved email addresses. You can also contact our office and well be happy to confirm your email address and resend if necessary.

At the time of booking, our membership services department will confirm your current email address with you. You can request a printed copy to be mailed to you.
Final Travel e-Documents will be emailed approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.
