Confirmation of your registration

Once you have made your travel reservations, you'll receive an e-Document from Trade Winds Travel. This trip invoice and itinerary is sent by email to confirm your booking, and details your flight schedule and hotel accommodations (if applicable), along with an Agency payment receipt or service invoice.

What do I need to do when I receive my e-Documents?

It is important that you carefully review your invoice confirmation and itinerary for accuracy.

Confirm travel dates, departure airport and hotel(s).  

Confirm that the spelling of each passenger's name on your attached documents is exactly as it appears on the corresponding passport and/or valid government photo I.D. This is the name that will be printed on the airline ticket.

What if I don't receive any e-mail right away?

If you have any screening filters on your email inbox, the confirmation email may be routed to your Junk and/or Spam Email Box. We suggest adding tradewindstravel@hotmail.com to your list of approved email addresses. You can also contact our office and we will be happy to confirm your email address and resend if necessary.

What if I need to make any changes to the documents I just received?

If there is any discrepancy, please contact us right away:

What if I don't have an email address or don't wish to receive my documents electronically?

At the time of booking, our membership services department will confirm your current email address with you, or you may request a printed copy to be mailed to you.

When do I get my Final Travel e-Documents?

Final Travel e-Documents will be emailed approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.
